1. An Order granting leave to the Appellants to amend their Notice of Appeal as stated in the underlined averments of the proposed Amended Notice of Appeal herein attached.

2. An Order deeming the Amended Notice of Appeal already filed and served as properly filed and served as properly filing fees having been paid.

3. An Order granting leave to the Appellant (sic) to amend their Appellant's (sic) Brief in line with the amended notice of appeal.

4. An order deeming the amended Appellants Brief already filed and served as properly filed necessary filing fees having been paid.

And for such further or other Orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit to make in the circumstances.
