SAIDU TANKO HUSAINI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The respondent was the plaintiff at the High Court of Adamawa State. His claim at that Court is endorsed in the Writ of Summons and the Statement of claim dated and filed on the 17th February, 2014. The claim is for:
