JUDGMENT

BEMPONG, J.

 Petitioner’s claim in her petition dated 5th March 2013 was for: 

A) Dissolution of marriage between the parties; 

B) That the petitioner be granted custody of the children of the marriage;

C) Order for maintenance of children and petitioner pendentelite; 

D) Order for respondent to pay Educational and medical bills of children of the marriage; 

E) That respondent be ordered to name the 2nd child of the marriage; 

F) That the respondent be ordered to return car no. GS 2744-09 which petitioner bought with her money to petitioner; 

G) That House No.43 Broadcasting, Weija be settled in petitioner’s favour; 

H) That the respondent be ordered to return the sum of GH¢10,850.00 that is in his custody; 

I) That the respondent be ordered to pay petition a lump sum of GH¢20,000.00.

The respondent filed his answer on the 30th December, 2013 and also cross petitioned for: 

1) A dissolution of the marriage on grounds of unreasonable behavior of petitioner;
