JUDGMENT 

Per their amended writ of summons dated the 10th day of June 2010, the plaintiff  claims the following reliefs against the defendants. 

A. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land containing an  approximate area of 23 acres and bounded on the north-east by a lessor’s land  measuring 1000’-00 feet more or less and on the south-east by a lessor’s land measuring 1000’-00 feet more or less and on the north-west by the lessor’s  land measuring 1000’-00. 

B. Recovery of possession of the said land. 

C. Damages for trespass. 

D. Perpetual injunction restraining the defendants, their agents, assigns, servants,  workmen, privies or anybody claiming through them from developing or have  anything to do with the land the subject matter of this suit. 

E. Cost inclusive of legal fees. 

The defendants could not be traced for personal service for which reason per an  application by the plaintiff they were served via substituted service order dated  24th August 2010 on the 24th day…
