ISAH BATURE GAFAI, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgement): This Appeal is against the Judgment of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory sitting in Abuja coram Aladetoyinbo, J. delivered on the 4th of July, 2017 in which the Reliefs sought by the Plaintiff now Respondent in this appeal were granted against the Defendants who are the Appellants herein.
Dissatisfied with the Judgment, the Appellants approached this Court vide their Amended Notice of Appeal filed on the 7th of October, 2019 which was later on the 8th of February, 2021 deemed properly filed and served. The Appellants' Grounds of Appeal are that:
