MUHAMMAD, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): In a motion on notice dated the J6th day of October, 2005, and filed on 13th day of October, 2005, the applicant prayed for the following reliefs:
"I. Extension of time within which to apply for stay of execution of the judgment of the High Court of Kogi State, sitting at Obangede in suit No. KGS/013/6/2003, delivered on 28/2/2005.
2. An order staying the execution of the judgment of Kogi State High Court of Justice sitting at Obangede in suit No. KGS/OB/2003, delivered on 28/2/2005, pending the determination of the appellants/judgment debtors/applicants' appeal filed against it, a copy of which notice of appeal is attached to this application and marked as exhibit "A".
