BY COURT: CONSENT JUDGMENT
The terms of settlement signed by the parties and their counsel filed on 12th May, 2017 adopted as judgment of the Court as follows:
a) The Plaintiff commenced legal action against the Defendants on 12th December, 2012, seeking the following reliefs:
(i) An Order for the recovery of GH¢494,546.01 being the collective indebtedness of the Defendants to the Plaintiff as at 17th September, 2012.
(ii) Interest on thee said sum at the agreed rate of 28.5 percent per annum from 18th September, 2012 to the date of final payment.
(iii) Further or in the alternative an Order for the Judicial Sale of the assigned property situate at 14th Close, South Odorkor Housing Estate, Accra.
(iv) Costs on a full indemnity basis.
(v) Further or other relief as the Court may deem fit.
b) The parties herein are amenable to amicable settlement of this Suit. The parties to this action have therefore agreed to the settlement of this matter as follows: -
