HAMMA AKAWU BARKA, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the decision of the High Court of Akwa Ibom State, sitting at Abak; coram the Honourable Justice Iniabasi T. Udobong, in suit with No. HA/MISC.34/2016, between Chief Maurice Udoidung and 1 vs. First Bank of Nigeria and Central Bank of Nigeria, and Commissioner of Police Akwa Ibom State and 3 ors, delivered on the 11th April, 2017, granting the applicant an order of garnishee absolute against the Appellant Bank.
