HARUNA SIMON TSAMMANI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the RULING of the Oyo State High Court of Justice sitting in Ibadan, delivered on the 12th day of January, 2011 in Suit No. I/802/2009.

On the 22nd day of February, 2010, the trial Court delivered judgment in favour of the Judgment Creditors/Respondents against NOSPETCO JOINT VENTURE SERVICES UNIT and NOSPETCO OIL and GAS LIMITED for the sum of Two Million, Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N2,250,000.00) only. In their effort to execute the judgment against the judgment debtors, the Judgment Creditors/Respondents (referred herein as Respondents) filed an Exparte Motion on the 05/3/2010 praying for the following reliefs:
