YARGATA BYENCHIT NIMPAR, JCA(Delivering the Leading Judgment): This Appeal is against the decision of the Investment and Securities Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as the Tribunal) sitting in Abuja and delivered on the 9th May, 2018 wherein the tribunal upheld the claims of the 1st Respondent (claimant) against the Appellant. Dissatisfied with the decision, the Appellant filed an initial Notice of Appeal on the 28th day of June, 2018 setting out 3 Grounds of Appeal and a second Notice of Appeal on the 14th August, 2018 setting out 12 Grounds of Appeal. The first Notice of Appeal filed on the 28th June, 2018 was withdrawn at the hearing of the Appeal.
