ADZIRA GANA MSHELIA, J.C.A.(Delivering the Lead Ruling): On the 16th day of June 2008, the applicant filed a motion before this court praying for the following orders:
"1. An order enlarging the time within which to file the Appellant's notice of Appeal against the decision of the Honourable Justice B.B. Aliyu of the Federal High Court Lagos delivered on an Ex-parte application.
2. An order of interlocutory injunction restraining, the 1st respondent by Itself or through its servants, agents, privies and whomsoever from Enforcing the Judgment of the Federal High Court howsoever In Suit No. FHC/L/CS/887/03 against the applicant pending the determination of this appeal.
3. AND FOR SUCH FURTHER ORDER as this Honourable Court may deem fit to make in the circumstances."
