J U D G M E N T 


Florence Ogbo Awudi (hereinafter called the Petitioner) filed a petition on the 14th day of January, 2015 on the ground that her husband, Kwamena Ewusi Brown (hereinafter called the Respondent) has behaved in such a way that she cannot reasonably be expected to live with Respondent. She prayed for the following reliefs: 

(a) That the marriage celebrated on the 30th day of September, 1989 with the  Respondent be dissolved for the reasons stated above. 

(b) The Respondent makes adequate financial provision for Petitioner.

(c) That 50% of the property known as H/No. 114 Royal Lane, situate at Tuba in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana, acquired in the  course of the marriage be settled on Petitioner or in the alternative the entire  property be settled on Petitioner in lieu of financial provision.

(d)That the Ford Escape four wheel Drive with registration number GS6707- 11 and the Ford Bus with registration number GW7313-13 be given to Respondent and the Sat…
