ACKAAH-BOAFO, J.

i. Introduction:

[1] The Defendant, Vincent Kotey is a man who believes in polygamous relationships and as such he has had at least three marriages including his marriage to the Plaintiff herein, Florence Yemo. The parties married under Ga customary law and their relationship from the evidence was blessed with children who are all adults now. Before the end of their relationship Mr. Kotey contracted another marriage by custom to one Rosemary Arthiabah, a witness the Plaintiff subpoenaed to testify in support of her case. The case of the Plaintiff is that in the course of the marriage, the Defendant was offered a plot of land by his family and she gave him money to pay for the land. Having acquired the land it is the further case of the Plaintiff that the Defendant proposed to her and the said Rosemary Arthiabah to construct two semi-detached houses on the land with each acquiring one for herself and their respective children.
