HUSSEIN MUKHTAR, JCA (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This application was filed by the appellant/applicant on the 27th November 2013 seeking for the following reliefs:
1. An ORDER of this Hon. Court extending the time within which to file the notice of appeal in respect of this appeal out of time.
2. An ORDER of this Hon. Court deeming as properly filed, regularized and valid:
i. The notice of appeal in respect of the appeal before this Hon. Court already served on the respondents.
ii. All other processes, with the record of appeal filed and served on the respondents by the appellant/applicant in this appeal.
