The plaintiff filed this suit on 20th of January, 2015 and by an amended  writ of summons and statement of claim filed on the 28th May 2015,  claimed for an order directed at the defendant to pay an outstanding  balance of $90, 0000.0 interest on the said sum from August 2014 to  the day of final judgment at the prevailing bank rate. 

CASE OF THE PLAINTIFF 

According to the plaintiff, on or about August 2014, his property  located at House. No. 151 Block 17 section 168, Haatso in the Greater  Accra Region of Accra was put up for sale at Ghana Home Loans at a  price of $270,000 when the defendant approached him and expressed  interest in the unexpired term of his lease in the property, House. No.  151 Block 17 section 168, Haatso which has been assigned to plaintiff.  Plaintiff stated that the defendant inspected House.
