ABDU ABOKI, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgement): This is an appeal against the Ruling/Decision of the Niger State High Court of Justice holden at Bida (Herein after referred to as the trial Court), delivered on 6th December, 2017 by Musa B. Abdul J.
The Appellants were the Plaintiffs/Respondents at the trial Court while the Respondents were the Defendants/Applicants to the application.
