EKO JCA (Delivering the Lead Judgment): The High Court of Rivers State (Coram: R. I. Ahiakwo, J), in the suit No. PHC/397/2010 deliveredits decision on 20 November 2010. It entered judgment for the claimant/ respondent against the defendant, the present appellant, “in terms of paragraph 12 (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) (v) and (vi) of the statement of claim” plus costs at N35,000.00 (thirty five thousand naira) also in favour of the claimant.
