JUDGMENT: 

The husband - Petitioner issued this Petition against his wife, the Respondent seeking an order for the dissolution of the marriage between the Petitioner and the Respondent and any other reliefs the Court deems fit. The ground upon which the Petitioner issued the Petition is that the marriage has broken down beyond reconciliation. The facts averred to in support the Petition are  that the parties have not lived together as man and wife for three years with  no conjugal relations as at the time the Petition was commenced. Further that  there has been so much acrimony between the parties and all efforts at reconciliation have failed and Respondent has posted on her face book wall  that she is divorced. The Petitioner who averred that the parties have four (4) children of the marriage, detailed in his petition, proposed arrangements for the children of the marriage.
