Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants is for: 

a) Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate lying and being at  Nsakina in the Ga West District of the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of  Ghana containing an approximate area of 0.957 acre or 0.387 hectare more or less and bounded on the North by proposed road measuring 198.4 feet more or  less on the South by the property of Mother Well Farms measuring 199.0 feet  more or less on the West by Mother Well Farms measuring 210.2 feet more or less on the East by Motherwell Farms measuring 210.6 feet more or less which  piece or parcel of land is more particularly delineated on the site plan attached to the Plaintiff’s Land Title Certificate. 

b) Recovery of possession. 

c) Damages for trespass. 

d) An order of perpetual injunction to restrain the Defendants, their agents, privies  and assigns from entering onto or in any way disturbing the Plaintiff and her  husband’s possession of the land.
