GALINJE JCA (Delivering the Lead Judgment): Before I commence this judgment, I wish to point out that the appellant’s brief of argument, the respondents’brief of argument and the appellant’s reply brief, each bears different appellant’s name. For example, the appellant’s brief bears “Globalscence”, while the respondents’ brief bears “Globalscene”. The appellant’s reply brief carries “Globalscience”. In the appellant’s brief of argument, there is no ‘1’ which is introduced in the reply brief, while the respondents’ brief ends with Scene instead of “Cence”. This scenario leaves A me with difficulty as to which name I will adopt for the appellant. However, for the sake of doing substantial justice in this matter, I have decided to adopt the name on the notice of appeal.
