JUDGMENT
WOOD, J.
The wife Petitioner who seeks the dissolution of the marriage contracted between herself and the Respondent on grounds of adultery and unreasonable behaviour prays for the following reliefs:
a. That the said marriage contracted on 22nd May 1999 be dissolved.
b. That the Petitioner be granted custody of all the four issues of the marriage namely; Lois Omaboe aged 14, Elizabeth Omaboe aged 12, Innes Junior Omaboe aged 10 and Donna Omaboe aged 8.
c. That the Respondent be ordered to pay to the Petitioner a lump sum of GH¢100,000.00 as alimony.
d. That the Respondent be ordered to pay GH¢1,000.00 per month to maintain the children of the marriage as well pay the children’s school fees, medical bills as and when it falls due.
e. That the matrimonial home located at Old Ashongman be settled on the Petitioner.
f. That the Honda Pilot and Honda Civic vehicles be settled on the Petitioner.
g. A plot of land at Old Ashongman be settled on the Petitioner.
