PLAINTIFF IS SWORN ON CROSS IN ENGLISH
My full name is Godfried Sowatey Lomotey. I stay at La, Accra. I work with Ministry of Agric. I am Deputy Director of the Ministry of Agric. I know the Defendant in this case. He entered my land forcefully. I know the land in dispute very well. It is located at the bank of Trade Fair Tse Addo. I am the owner of this land. It was given to me by Nmati Abonase Quarter of La as a member of the quarter. I was given a document to evidence the customary grant of the land to me. I have with me the site plan given to me in 1996 when I acquired the land by customary grant.
By Court: The site plan dated 2nd September, 1996 is tendered and admitted as Exhibit ‘A’.
