UCHECHUKWU ONYEMENAM, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The ruling is with respect of the Motion on Notice brought pursuant to Order 4 Rule 1, Order 6 Rule 15 and Order 7 Rule (10) (1) of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2011.
The Appellants/Applicants prayed the Court in the main, for the following Orders:
a) LEAVE to further amend the Notice and Grounds of Appeal in Appeal No. CA/J/173/2014 - Alhaji Bukar Gonimi and 11 Ors. V. Hajiya Amina Makintami by adding thereto, the capacity in which the Respondent sued the Appellants to wit: (Suing as Proprietor and representative of Maiduguri Innovative School).
b) AN ORDER deeming the further amended Notice and Grounds of Appeal in Appeal No. CA/J/173/2014 Alhaji Bukar Gonimi and 11 Ors. V. Hajiya Amina Makintami with the addition of the capacity in which the Respondent sued the Appellants to wit: (Suing as Proprietor and representative of Maiduguri Innovative School).
