ABDUL-AZEEZ WAZIRI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The appeal is against the judgment of the Federal High Court, Port Harcourt presided over by S.D. Pam (J) (hereinafter referred to as the lower Court) delivered on the 15th day of July, 2022 in which judgment was given in favour of the Plaintiff now Respondent.
