JUDGMENT
WOOD, J.
The Petitioner per her amended petition filed on 31st October 2013 prayed the court for the following reliefs:
i. That the marriage between the Petitioner and Respondent be dissolved.
ii. That the Petitioner be granted sole custody of the two minor children of the marriage until they reach the age of majority.
iii. That the matrimonial home known as H/No. 12, 45 Terra Vista, Airport Hills, Accra be declared as the sole property and in favour of the Petitioner.
iv. That the Petitioner be declared Joint Owner of the following properties acquired during the subsistence of the marriage but all presently registered in the Sole name of the respondent.
a. Building/property at Kasoa
b. Building/property at Airport Hills, Accra.
v. That the Petitioner be declared 50% shareholder of Patriq Green Ltd.
vi. The Respondent be ordered to account to the Petitioner for all the projects executed by the said Patriq Green Ltd and to pay to the Petitioner, 50% of all profits accrued…
