1. The Motion before me is brought under Rule 4 of the Rules of this Court and it seeks for extension of time to lodge a Notice of Appeal against the decision of J. K. Sergon, J. made on 25th February, 2009, in Nyeri High Court Succession Cause Number 929 of 2009.
