BALKISU BELLO ALIYU, JCA (Delivering the leading Judgment): This appeal is against the Ruling of High Court of Ekiti State sitting at Ado- Ekiti, delivered on the 26th day of January 2018 in respect of Suit No: HAD/84/2016 wherein the learned trial Judge struck out the suit for lack of jurisdiction. The suit was commenced by the Appellant via a writ of summons accompanied with a statement of claim it is contained in pages 1 to 12 of the record of this appeal. The statement of claim was later amended as shown in page 194 to 203 of the record, in which the Appellant claimed against the Respondents as follows:
