HABEEB ADEWALE OLUMUYIWA ABIRU, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The action leading up to this appeal was commenced by the late father of the Appellant, Dr. Muhammad Lawal Hadejia, in the High Court of Bauchi State, the lower Court, against the Respondents and it was by way of an application for judicial review for an order of certiorari to quash and question the entire proceedings, judgments, rulings and decisions of the first Respondent in Suit No PDCVI/38CV/2013 Mahmud A. D. Rufai v. Dr. Muhammad Lawal Hadejia and pursuant to which the late father of the Appellant, along with his family including the Appellant, was forcefully and illegally ejected and dispossessed of the property lying at No 23, Makurdi Road, Old GRA Bauchi.
