MONICA BOLNA'AN DONGBAN-MENSEM, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal challenging the judgment of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja Coram S. E. Aladetoyinbo (J.), delivered on the 6th of January, 2014 wherein the trial Court found in favour of the Plaintiff now 1st Respondent and granted the reliefs sought.
The brief facts leading up to this appeal as contained in the Appellant's Brief of Argument are that:
