UCHECHUKWU ONYEMENAM, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The ruling is in respect of a motion on notice dated 8th July, 2016 but filed 25th July, 2016; brought under Section 242 (1) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as Amended) and Order 7 Rules (1) and (7); Order 10 (1) of the Court of Appeal Rules 2011.
By the application the Applicants seek the following reliefs:
