JUDGMENT
WOOD, J.
The Plaintiffs sued out a writ of summons and statement of claim on 11th December 2015 against the Defendants for the following reliefs:
1. Declaration of title to all that parcel of land described in the schedule contained in the statement of claim.
2. Declaration that the Plaintiffs’ late father is the owner of the land described in the schedule contained in the statement of claim.
3. An order directed at the 3rd Defendant to expunge the names of the 1st and 2nd Defendants from its records and plot that of the Plaintiffs.
4. Perpetual injunction restraining the 1st and 2nd Defendants from laying any future claim to Plaintiffs late father’s land.
The 3rd Defendant entered appearance and filed a defence. The 1st and 2nd Defendants who could not be personally served were served by substituted service by the posting of the processes on the Notice Board of the High Court, Land Division, by posting a copy on the structures erected by the Plaintiffs and one publicat…
