JUDGMENT

This is an action for recovery of money in the sum of GH¢12,000.00 being the purchase price of Dodge Caravan with registration number AS 2290 Z. It was alleged that the Plaintiff sold this vehicle to the Defendant in January, 2008.

The Plaintiff’s case was that the Defendants expressed interest in the purchase of the said vehicle. After negotiations, the Defendants are alleged to have accepted to buy it at the price of GH¢12,000.00 and further agreed on the schedule of payment. The plaintiff alleged that the Defendants failed to abide by the terms of payment after the vehicle had been delivered to them in January, 2008. The Defendant denied these assertions.

The 2nd Defendant’s case was that the Plaintiff pressurized her into buying the said vehicle at a time when she already had two cars.
