1. The claimant initiated this suit vide a complaint and statement of facts filed on 18th August, 2017, and later amended same pursuant to an order of this Court granted on 18th October, 2018. The claimant vide the Amended Statement of Facts seeks the following reliefs against the defendant:
i. An order of this Honourable Court mandating the Defendant to produce and/or hand over to the claimant forthwith the following:
a) Yearly Tax receipt/Tax clearance certificates from February 2009-December 2016
OR in the alternative, where the Defendant is not able to produce receipt/tax clearance, an order mandating the Defendant to pay to the relevant authority the total tax deductions relating to the claimant from February 2009-December, 2016 including all the fines/cost of default to be assessed by the relevant tax authority.
b) Formal letter of retirement.
