ABUBAKAR SADIQ UMAR, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgement): This appeal is against the decision of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria sitting in Abuja delivered by Hon. Justice R. B. Haastrup on 28th June, 2019 wherein the learned trial Judge granted the Respondent's claims and dismissed the Appellant's counter-claims.
BRIEF STATEMENT OF FACTS
The Respondent as Claimant at the court below filed a complaint on the 2nd day of May, 2018 claiming for the following reliefs against the Appellant as Defendant:
