FACTS IN BRIEF:

The 2nd Respondent in compliance with the guidelines issued by the 3rd Respondent, issued a timetable for the conduct of its primary elections to nominate its candidate for the country, as well as State Houses of Assemblies. The appellant and the 1st Respondent contested for the seat of the lgalamela/Odolu State constituency of Kogi State on the 22nd of May, 2022, at Ajaka, at the end of which the 1st Respondent was declared winner and the valid candidate of the 2nd Respondent.
