SAMUEL ADEMOLA BOLA, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the Ruling Judgment of the National and State House of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal Kaduna State Coram Hon. Justice H.H. Kereng, Hon. Justice A. A. Maidawa and Hon. Justice 0.0. Oluboyede delivered on 7th September, 2023, wherein the trial Tribunal dismissed the petition for lacking merit.
