ADEBUKUNOLA ADEOTI BANJOKO, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This Appeal is against the Judgment delivered by Honorable Justice O. A. ONAFOWOKAN of the High Court OF Justice, Abeokuta on the 15th Day of May, 2020 in Suit No AB/204/2017, contained at Pages 99-104 of the Record of Appeal filed on the 171H day of July 2020.
The Brief facts of the Case were that the Claimant, now Appellant, claimed against the Defendant before the Lower Court the following Reliefs: -
A Declaration that the Claimant is the Lawful Owner of all that piece of land verged Yellow, lying being at Taiwo Village, Mile 4, off Ayetoro Road, Abeokuta measuring approximately 24.528 Hectares or 60 acres all described in the dispute Survey Plan No: OG/276/2018/021 DS dated the 5th day of May 2018, prepared by Surveyor Bode Adeaga.
