JUDGMENT
Plaintiff took out the writ of summons against Defendants on 1st December, 2014. Endorsed on the writ were the following reliefs:
a) A declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Nmai Dzorn and covering an approximate area of 0.17acres more or less and known as parcel No.1157 Block 21 section 072 with land Title Certificate No. TD 6662
b) Recovery of possession of the land described in relief (a) above
c) An order for perpetual injunction to restrain the Defendants whether by themselves, agents, servants, assigns or howsoever from entering and interfering with the Plaintiff’s quite possession of the land.
d) Costs
Plaintiff’s Statement of Claim indicated his root of title; he acquired the land in dispute from one Murtala Abdallah on 9th February, 2012. Murtala Abdallah also acquired the land from Presion Ltd. on 7th September, 2011.
