Extension of time within which to seek leave to appeal against the ruling/judgment of Justice Mamman Kolo delivered on the 27th day of September, 1995 in suit No. FHC/J/M18/95.

Leave to appeal against the aforesaid ruling.

Extension of time within which to file notice of appeal against the aforesaid ruling.

Leave to appeal against order absolute made on the 9/11/2006 A by Hon. Justice Charles Archibong. And for such order or orders which the honourable court may deem fit to make in the circumstances.
