GALADIMA JCA (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The appellants by their motion on notice filed on 2 November 2007, pursuant to section 15 of the Court of Appeal Act, Order 6, rule 15, Order 7, rule (1), (10), Practice Directions 2, paragraph 5 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2007 pray this court for the following orders: “1.
