1) A declaration that the defendants use of the claimants audio visual image in the LG electronics commercial advertisement in the Pan African Media without obtaining prior consent of the claimant is unlawful and a gross violation of the claimant’s legal rights.

2) An Order that the defendants shall pay to the claimant, Jointly and severally, the sum of ₦50,000,000.00 (Fifty Million Naira Only) as the claimant’s professional fee for their use of the claimants audio visual image in the advertisement of the 1st defendants product in the Pan African media.
