MUHAMMED LAWAL SHUAIBU, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the High Court Akwa Ibom State, Coram Hon. Justice Godwin Abraham delivered on 10th August, 2017 in which the learned trial Court granted the claimant a property at Old Mission Road, Nung Oku, Ibesikpo Asutan Local Government Area as his personal property but refused to grant him the claim to the real or personal properties of late Nnamso Lawson Udo including her pension and gratuity on the ground that the claimant was never married to her. Consequently, the Court held that the defendants are entitled to the real and personal property of late Nnamso Lawson Udo including her benefits and entitlements from the University of Uyo.
