ISAIAH OLUFEMI AKEJU, JCA: This appeal is against the judgment of the High Court of Rivers State delivered on 4th day of July, 2019 in suit No. OHC/6/2019 which the Appellant as plaintiff commenced through the Originating summons filed on 14th January, 2019 for reliefs against the Respondents mainly on the question of the qualification of the 8th Respondent to contest the election of Egbema Youths Association, 2018, and for the reliefs of a declaration that the 8th Respondent did not hold the Senior School Certificate Examination and as such was not qualified to contest the election into the office of the President of Egbema Youths Association held on 22nd December, 2018 as well as Orders declaring the Plaintiff the winner of the election. The Originating Summons was supported by affidavit of 15 paragraphs.
