HARUNA SIMON TSAMMANI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the Ruling of the Ogun State High Court of Justice, Ota Judicial Division delivered by A. A. Babawale, J on the 4th day of May, 2011 in Suit No. HCT/198/2006.
Before the trial High Court, the Appellant had by her paragraph 41 of the 2nd Amended Statement of Claim, dated the 02/2/2009 and filed on the 30/3/2009, sought the following reliefs:
