2. LEAVE of the Honourable Court to amend the name of the 1st Respondent to read MUBI EMIRATE COUNCIL in place of MUBI TRADITIONAL COUNCIL in this Appeal No. CA/YL/02/2017 between Maduwa Arnado Bode V. Mubi Traditional Council.

3. LEAVE of the Hon. Court to amend the Notice of Appeal in this Appeal No. CA/YL/02/2017 between Maduwa Arnado Bode V. Mubi Traditional Council to reflect the names of MUBI EMIRATE COUNCIL and GWAMNA ZAKAWA as the 1st and 2nd Respondents, respectively.
