ESSIEN J (DELIVERING THE RULING): The first party sought to be joined i.e (Incorporated Trustees of Medical and Dental Consultants Association of Nigeria) by a motion on notice brought pursuant to Order 13 Rule 4 and 15 dated and filed on the 26/2/2018 sought the following relieves from this court:-
1. AN ORDER of this Honourable Court joining the Applicant namely, Incorporated Trustees of Medical and Dental Consultants Association of Nigeria as a co-defendant in this case.
2. AN ORDER directing parties in this suit to amend their processes accordingly pursuant to the said order for joinder.
3. AN ORDER directing the parties already on record to serve all the processes they had already filed in the proceeding on the Applicant. And for such further orders as this court may deem fit to make in the circumstances.
