JUDGMENT
The Plaintiff commenced the instant action against the Defendants on 29th January, 2008, by filing writ of summons together with a statement of claim. However, pursuant to an order of this court granted on 16th March, 2012, the Plaintiff filed an amended writ of summons and statement of claim on 23rd March, 2012, claiming as follows:
a. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Avenor, Accra, on the Nsawam Road in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana which is bounded on the North by land measuring 146 feet more or less, on the South by land measuring 181 feet more or less, on the East by Accra – Nsawam Road measuring 198 feet more or less and on the West by land measuring 175 feet more or less, containing an approximate area of 0.70 acres, as per the assignment stamped as LVB 7511/04 and covered by the Land Certificate N. GA 24736 and dated 7th August, 2007.
