J U D G M E N T 

The Petitioner filed a petition on the 16th day of April 2015 against the Respondent for the following reliefs: 

i. That the marriage between the parties be dissolved. 

ii. That each party should bear his/her own costs of litigation.

iii. Any other order(s) as this honourable court deems fit. 

The Respondent filed an Answer on the 25th day of June 2015 and cross petitioned as follows: 

a. That the marriage be dissolved. 

b. The Petitioner pays a lump sum in financial provision of GH¢70,000.00 to the Respondent having regards to the following  circumstances:

i. The Petitioner has claimed ownership of the 5 bedroom house at Kamina that the Respondent has contributed to build up to  roofing level. 

ii. The Petitioner has sold a car for his personal benefit that the Respondent has contributed to the purchase. 

iii. The Petitioner has given a Yahama motor bike to his brother  Elijah Fant without the Respondent’s consent, knowing that  the Respondent has contributed 60% of the cos…
