JUDGMENT
The Plaintiff herein, Isaac Osei Nyantakyi, a former employee of the Defendant Company, Ghana Grid Company Limited (GRIDCO) commenced the instant action against the Defendant by filing a writ of summons together with a statement of claim for the following reliefs:
a. A Declaration that the termination of his appointment by GRIDCO is wrongful.
b. An order that the wrongful termination of appointment by the Defendant be treated as having declared the Plaintiff redundant according to the GRIDCO Senior Staff Association Conditions of Service.
c. Damages for wrongful termination of appointment of the Plaintiff by the Defendant.
d. Three months’ salary in lieu of notice under GRIDCO SSA Conditions of Service to be paid to him.
e. Cash payment of accrued leave for 2007 and 2008.
f. One month basic salary for transfer from Takoradi to Tema.
g. Reasonable moving expenses to a place of hire.
