JUDGMENT
1.0. INTRODUCTION
1.1. The plaintiff who is the principal of Kpembe Nursing and Midwifery Training College (KNMTC) instituted this action against the defendants herein who were also staff of KNMTC on a publication made against her alleging maladministration and corrupt practices.
1.2. A fact finding committee was constituted by the Advisory Board of KNMTC but the defendants did not take part in the hearings. The committee published its report in January 2023 exonerating the plaintiff of all the allegations made against her.
1.3. It was after the committee’s report that the plaintiff instituted this action against the defendants.
2.0. WRIT OF SUMMONS
2.1. On 25th January 2023, the plaintiff issued a writ of summons against the defendants jointly and severally seeking the following reliefs:
